Born out of the desire to help local businesses come together and support each other, a new venture for Coulsdon High Street - a shared office space, which allows businesses to hire a desk and work in a comfortable, collaborative environment with super fast broadband. Connecting businesses and local people of Coulsdon. The space is also available for hire for meetings, events and workshops outside of normal office hours.

Something for everyone…

The aim is for the local community to get to know local businesses, use their services, buy their products and support them, all under one roof. Like-minded business people will get the chance to work together, share the success and reach a wider audience with new connections.

We’re looking for variety, so everyone is welcome. Our aim is to enhance and support the existing businesses on our High Street - so we are also encouraging you to come into Coulsdon, see, work with and collaborate with other businesses locally. We have been working with retailers and businesses in Coulsdon to collaborate and promote everything that's great and going on in and around Coulsdon so we all benefit - them from business and you from a thriving high street and local community.

We are open to ideas too - maybe renting shelf spaces to product makers and producers or wall space to artists. We have co-working desks, office space and meeting rooms which can also be used as event space for workshops, classes, business and community meetings - we host regular networking and indoor markets now too. We are open to suggestions, ideas and all possibilities.

Coulsdon’s co-working office space opened in January 2025 at 35 Chipstead Valley Road, Coulsdon CR5 2RB.
